Desert storm

Just as I finished eating at the restaurant a desert storm broke out. There were a few flashes of lightening and lots of wind and sand flying around. 

As I write this the wind is still blowing. I had to walk back to my room with my sunglasses on, even though it's dark, to stop the sand flying into my eyes. One of the staff tells me it should be over in a couple of hours so I'll head out for my stargazing around 11pm.
